What's the best retail pharmacy to work in (Pharmacists only)?

I was just accepted in pharmacy school and will start in the fall. I just want to know if there is a chain to watch out for, or all they all the same. Also, I am planning on moving to Florida a few years after I graduate, so should I even consider Rite Aid? Pharmacists reply only please. Also, what are the reasons for your selection (salary, work conditions, vacation time) Thanks.

1. i recommend target-- but im not pharmacist - i just know a few.
2. I worked retail for 25 years. I now work in the IV room at a large hospital in Tulsa, OK. The stress is much lower in a hospital...not that there is none, but much less. Retail pharmacists need to start a labor union and make the chains treat them better.
