What do Longs pharmacists in Hawaii wear to work?

Sorry, don;t mean this to be a dumb question but I was curious what retail pharmacists in Hawaii wear to work. Im from the mainland and here pharmacists wear shirt and tie but I was told pharmacists in Hawaii wear hawaian shirts to work in addition to their white labcoats...is this true?

1. Longs has uniforms (which are of Hawaiian print), so all of the employees wear the same color shirt and black pants. With the pharmacists wearing their white coats over the shirt.
2. people here in hawaii wear anything they want to wear, as long as it is proper attire for the work place, they pharmacists wear white coats over their regular clothes, so they can have some sort of self importance feeling
3. Longs pharmacists do wear white lab coats and the pharmacy assistants/techs have assigned uniform tops while wearing a dark pant. I have seen the pharmacists wear all types of clothing under the lab coat- long dresses, pant, buttoned shirt, etc. from what I have noticed i do not see much of them wearing hawaiian wear. They might do this on aloha fridays (every friday is aloha friday), but I haven't really noticed. Fashion is not a big thing here. Most people dress very casually and dont care about what other people are wearing so 'no worries'.
4. Yes, and lawyers wear grass skirts.. No, They look like any other pharmacist....just much more relaxed..just like everyone in Hawaii.
5. just bought some cream from a guy at a longs in maui. he was wearing a hawaian shirt under his white lab coat. i got the impression it was not his first day doing so. he had laid back down to an art form. enjoy your stay!
