- Yes. I am Dr.SAMI I receive surface mails that way.
- I prefer xxx MD as more formal.
- I always get sick of how the doctors are supposed to be adressed in this special manner when it is the pateints that are guests in the hospital and are the ones that the doctors are paid to look after. I am sick of the audacity and the incredable cheek of the medical world. They are so rude to not give us any respect!
- I worked hard for my degree, and I use the title Dr. (or MD after my name) . In fact, when I am addressed as "Mrs.", I know the person doesn't know me.
- With gobs of junk mail every day! Friends don't, except with the rare formal invitation, but people trying to sell me stuff do every day.
