Where are all the good medical doctors in Plattsburgh NY?

There is a shortage of medical doctors in this area, especially good doctors in the OBGYN and primary fields. There are terrible waiting lists or incomptent help. There should be more medical doctoprs in this area, but there are too many people and not enough of anything around here.By the way this is a small country area of NY.

1. It's not just where you are. We've noticed a HUGE shortage where we are too. Especially ob/gyn's. Their high malpractice insurance combined with the insurance fee restrictions (HMO's)have made it unprofitable for them to go into or stay in practice. It's a shame. The patients and the doctors lose while the insurance companies register record earnings. Sad.
